SK Telecom, Korea’s largest mobile communications service provider, improved its billing accuracy and customer satisfaction with the Oracle Exadata Database Machine (www.oracle.com/database/exadata.html) , experiencing a greater-than 10x query processing performance improvement in the company's 20-terabyte data warehouse. SK Telecom’s new data warehouse integrates data from more than 210 sources and is capable of performing intense analysis, providing SK Telecom with a single view of its customer response rates, usage trends and patterns.
