Correction to the Press Release Regarding the Completion of Silver Dollar Casino Acquisition in Calgary, Alberta, Canada

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, January 14 - Century Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) announced
yesterday that the Company's Austrian subsidiary, Century Casinos Europe GmbH
("CCE"), completed the acquisition of the Silver Dollar Casino by paying
"US$9.5 million, which includes US$9,650,000 less US$150,000 for a working
capital adjustment at closing". These amounts were incorrect. CCE paid at
closing US$10,500,000, which includes US$9,650,000 plus US$850,000 for
working capital.
