Crowded shops are top of our Christmas hates, according to research by money saving website DiscountVouchers.co.uk.

32% of respondents cited busy shops as their number one festive hate, closely followed by early Christmas hype at 31%. A miserable 1.25% said their top Christmas hate was the Queen’s Speech.
