Fannie Mae preferred stock that was previously listed on the New York Stock Exchange also will be traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the ticker symbols set forth below. The New York Stock Exchange and the Chicago Stock Exchange will suspend trading of Fannie Mae's common and preferred stock prior to the market open on July 8, 2010.
