Detroit Rallies Million Father March

Detroit, MI - September 4, 2009
Connecting males with students as they return to school. This is a rally to bring males and their children together, to offer solidarity, support and guidance. This is a city-wide rally of support.

The Better Detroit Youth Movement is hosting the first annual Million Father March this Saturday, September 5. The rally begins at Lafayette Central Park at 1449 E Larned from 8:00 to 9:30am when the march begins. Our destination is Southeastern Village at 1501 Canton, about 2.5 miles away.

The Better Detroit Youth Movement is a coalition of positive minded individuals and organizations. We bring together mentoring programs, performance events, and encourage peer dialogs.
