Dodge & Cox Launches Dodge & Cox Worldwide Funds - U.S. Stock Fund

SAN FRANCISCO, December 8, 2010 - The Board of Directors of Dodge & Cox announced today the opening of the
Dodge & Cox Worldwide Funds - U.S. Stock Fund. The U.S. Stock Fund will
initially be offered in three share classes (USD, EUR and GBP). Dodge & Cox
Worldwide Funds plc is organized as an Ireland-domiciled UCITS* and is
available for investment by qualified non-U.S. investors.

The U.S. Stock Fund is the third UCITS to be offered for investment since
the launch of the Dodge & Cox Worldwide Funds in December 2009, joining the
Global Stock Fund and International Stock Fund UCITS. All three Dodge & Cox
Worldwide Funds will continue to feature low expense ratios and low turnovers
relative to their peers.

The U.S. Stock Fund is managed by the existing Dodge & Cox Investment
Policy Committee, whose nine members have an average tenure at Dodge & Cox of
25 years. The Fund will be managed with a similar mandate as the Dodge & Cox
Stock Fund currently available for U.S. investors, with an objective of to
provide shareholders with the opportunity of long-term growth of principal
and income. The Fund will be invested primarily in a diversified portfolio of
large-cap U.S. equity securities.
