Fläminger Jagd is now Available in the UK

ZAHNA, Germany - Germany is well known for its beer, its sausages and now for its herb liquor. Germany is the country with the biggest variety of herb liquor in the world; there are more than 150 different herb liquors all over Germany. Out of this lot only one herb liquor has begun to conquer the world so far.

Since May 2009 Germany’s number 5 herb liquor Fläminger Jagd made its way to conquer the UK Market. Fläminger Jagd was launched on the UK Market by Drinks & Food UK, a subsidiary of Drinks & Food Vertriebs-GmbH in Germany, which will launch a variety of products on the UK Market. Fläminger Jagd is special in its own way:

1. It is made of 38 exotic and regional herbs

2. It is manufactured in the area of Fläming in Germany

3. It is called “the one with the fox”, as its heraldic animal is the fox - the animal that rules the streets in the Fläming

Fläminger Jagd is available in 0,7 l and 0,02 l units. It can be either enjoyed pure, on the rocks or as a cocktail. Never heard of a herb liquor cocktail? Just try the Fläminger Apple Mule, which was created by the barkeeper Ron de Preter.

Fläminger Apple Ingredients: 5 cl. Fläminger Jagd 1 cl. Lime Juice 5 cl Apple Juice fill up with Ginger Beer Method: Shake all ingredients, except Ginger Beer, with ice cubes Strain over ice cubes into a chilled highball glass Top off with Ginger Beer and stir Garnish: Garnish with a freshly twisted lime peel Glass: Highball Glass (20-25cl) It is the perfect drink for a long summer evening.
