Fountain Healthy Aging Inc
LOS ANGELES, November 24 - Following its announcement on September 30, Fountain Healthy
Aging Inc. announced today that it had entered into an engagement agreement
with the highly respected Canadian law firm, Heenan Blaikie who have agreed
to represent Fountain, and its shareholder, Oak Resources, in the claim for
damages against Dunn Capital Partners, Michael Bailey and Gowling Lafleur
Henderson. The claim arises as a result of the default by Dunn Capital
Partners in making payments due to the Company under the terms of an
agreement entered into between the Company, Oak Resources Limited and Dunn
Capital Partners dated July 29 2009.
Fountain CEO, Paul Hunston, said "over the past few weeks we
have been consulting with legal counsel both in Canada and in the US about
this case, and have concluded, based on the detailed advice that we have
received, that the Canadian courts are the most appropriate forum for this
important case to be heard. I am therefore delighted that a firm of the
stature of Heenan Blakie has agreed to represent us, and am sure that this
fact alone speaks volumes as to the strength of our case. We are now looking
forward to continuing to work with our lawyers to pursue justice for the
company and its shareholders and we anticipate that the proceedings will be
filed shortly."
