NEW YORK and LONDON - Globalpark (www.globalpark.com), a leading provider of panel, community and survey software, continues its pattern of strong growth with second quarter 2009 revenues at EUR2.5 million. This represents an increase of 35% compared with the same period in 2008.
During the quarter, Globalpark added several new customers in addition to growth from its existing customer base. Touchstone Research was one of several research agencies to adopt the Globalpark platform, to manage their research panels and communities for youth and families. President Steve Burch explains their reasons for selecting Globalpark: “EFS stood out as a clear winner as the platform is extremely efficient, built to the highest standards and entirely customizable.”
Acosta was one of many existing clients to upgrade to Globalpark’s latest platform, Enterprise Feedback Suite 7.0 with its new community features. Mark Pedote, Director of Research at Acosta said, “We want to take a qualitative and quantitative approach to our research and plan to use the new platform to build a branded community around Health and Beauty Care products. Extending our existing relationship with Globalpark was the natural choice and we are very excited about the insights that the new software will deliver.”
“We are delighted to continue to help research agencies and end-clients develop real-time insights that drive better business decisions. We are committed to our customers’ success, and proud to work with both new and existing clients - particularly as we celebrate our 10th anniversary next month,” said Lorenz Graf, Chief Executive Officer at Globalpark.
