Hunting Donates $125,000 to Oilfield Helping Hands

HOUSTON, May 17, 2011 - Hunting PLC announced that it will donate $125,000 to Oilfield Helping
Hands in connection with the international oil service company's 2011 Hunting
Art Prize.

The gift is supported by a contribution from Hunting and from sales
generated at the 31st annual art competition's recent award ceremony held on
April 30 at the Friedkin Corporate Campus, Gulf States Toyota, in Houston.
Leigh Ann Lester's graphite drawing, Mutant Spectre, won the $50,000 prize
for 2011.

Announcement of Hunting's donation marks the second consecutive year the
company has supported Oilfield Helping Hands. The non-profit organization
provides financial assistance to oil and gas industry families who face
economic crises through no fault of their own.

Hunting's contribution in 2010 played a critical role in the
organization's efforts to expand its Houston-based services into Oklahoma and
Louisiana.

"Oilfield Helping Hands is an impressive organization that's made a
considerable difference in our community by helping those in need," said
Dennis Proctor, chief executive of Hunting. "We couldn't be more honored to
once again contribute toward this worthy cause."
