ICIS Heren Launches Czech Gas Market Price Assessment

LONDON, October 18, 2010 - ICIS Heren is pleased to announce the expansion of its central European
gas pricing, adding to the existing assessments of Austrian and German
markets.

The European Spot Gas Markets report now offers daily assessments of four
contracts for the emerging Czech market.

The new coverage includes virtual hub prices with assessments of the
following contracts:

Month-ahead, Front Quarter, Second Front Quarter, Front Calendar Year.

The Czech market has developed significantly since its full
liberalization in 2007, with 17 suppliers currently active and about 14
companies importing gas to the country. Several pipeline projects designed to
connect the Czech hub with Baumgarten and Germany - such as Gazela, LBL and
Mozart - are underway. The construction of new storage facilities is aimed at
serving the needs of a balancing market and daily trading.
