IEBV Publishes Annual Report 2009

AMSTERDAM, March 17, 2010 - International Endesa BV (IEBV) has published the annual report of 2009.
During 2009, IEBV earned a net income of 2,8MM euros, due to its financial
activities. The company performed the management and administration
activities on its financial assets and liabilities, including ECP, MTN,
private placement, intercompany loans and financial derivatives. The annual
