Maureen Paterson Wins Kwik Fit Financial Services GBP10k Employee Award

GLASGOW, March 17, 2010 - UK insurance intermediary Kwik Fit Financial Services has handed Maureen
Paterson a GBP10,000 prize after she was named its Employee of the Year at an
awards ceremony held earlier this month.

The Uddingston based employer held its annual awards event at
Prestonfield House Hotel in Edinburgh, with over 250 guests in attendance.

Top Scottish comedian Kevin Bridges, star of BBC's Live at the Apollo and
Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, hosted the Oscar-style evening with
further entertainment provided by Britain's Got Talent finalists, Signature,
famous for their Michael Jackson cover routine.

The awards recognise top performers from all areas of the business who
helped contribute to the success of the company in 2009.

As well as picking up GBP1000 for winning the service department award,
Maureen was selected as the company's overall Employee of the Year, earning
her an amazing GBP10,000 prize and the congratulations of the insurance
intermediary's 1000 plus staff.

Maureen, who has worked with Kwik Fit Insurance for ten years, said: "I
couldn't believe it when my name was read out for the departmental Employee
of the Year award - to win the overall award for the whole company is just
incredible.

"Winning this award is a fantastic honour. It has been a lot of hard work
but it's always enjoyable and I'm proud to help contribute to our continued
success.

tops it off."

Managing director of Kwik Fit Financial Services, Brendan Devine,
presented Maureen with her award. He said: "Maureen has had a great year and

She has a great rapport with her colleagues, and works really hard to ensure
our customers receive quality service, so she's a deserved winner."

As well as announcing the Employee of the Year Award, Brendan handed out
awards to 37 other employees for their contribution in 2009.
