study panel at SIFMA Global Corporate Actions Forum

corporate action including announcement, entitlement and eligibility
calcualtions, and tax reclamation. The panel, entitled "Case Study - Global
Corporate Actions, Taxation, Processing and Measuring Operational Risk" will
highlight the tax implications, operational requirements, risk factors and
proper tax reclaim procedures for a recent American Depositary Receipt (ADR).
