inter123 Corporation, a leading Information Technology and New Media private equity firm, today announced that it entered into a definitive agreement for the sale of the Internet domain Demand.Com to Demand Media Inc.

The sale of the internet domain further strengthens inter123 Corporation as one of the leading technology investment and private equity firms in the Southwest. “This transaction demonstrates our increasing activity throughout the region,” said Jeffrey Peterson, Chairman and President of inter123 Corporation.
“We are pleased to work with inter123 Corporation on securing this domain name as we expand our corporate branding efforts,” explained Richard Rosenblatt, Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Demand Media Inc.
The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
