Interflora Braves the Bad Weather to Keep on Delivering!

elements. We spoke to Jo Marshall from Valerie of Dore in Sheffield who told
us a fantastic story of a delivery she made in the snow.

Jo had a delivery to make on December 1st and given the snow in the area
she had to go to she knew she wouldn't be able to make it. She rang the
customer who understood and said that whenever Jo could make the delivery
could she also bring along four litres of milk as they were two miles from
the nearest town.

On the 3rd Jo was able to get a lift in the 4×4 of a man who ran the
local fruit and veg shop around the corner. On the way to make the delivery
they stopped to help dig out a car that was stranded but eventually Jo got to
the house with the bouquet of flowers and four litres of milk.

No one was home so Jo made a little den to protect the roses and milk
from the weather. And she didn't even charge for the milk!

As you can see, there's not much that will stop our determined florists
from getting our flowers out to you, whatever the weather.
