Media Advisory - ACCREDITATION Royal Tour 2011 - Tour of Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge

OTTAWA, May 30, 2011 -
Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will tour Canada
from June 30 to July 8, 2011. They will make seven official stops in four
provinces and one territory, as follows:
- The National Capital Region from June 30 to July 2;
- Montreal, Quebec, on July 2;
- Quebec City, Quebec, on July 3;
- Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, from July 3 to July 4;
- Summerside, Prince Edward Island, on July 4;
- Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, from July 4 to July 6;
- Calgary, Alberta, from July 6 to July 8.
All media representatives who wish to cover the Royal Tour must be
accredited in accordance with the normal procedures of the Royal Canadian
Mounted Police and obtain an ID card. Freelance journalists must provide a
letter from their employer attesting to their employment.

Your application must be accompanied by a 50 mm x 70 mm (passport-sized)
full-face photograph. An electronic copy of your picture is required.

The deadline to apply for accreditation is June 11, 2010. All sections of
the application must be completed.
