Perrin Beatty, President and CEO of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce will be the keynote speaker at the 5th edition of the Salon EduCanada-Maroc taking place in Casablanca, Morocco, October 28 to November 1st, 2011.
The conference brings together representatives from universities and colleges from both countries as well as senior representatives from the Moroccan and Canadian business communities.
The first round of negotiations towards a bilateral free trade agreement between the two countries was just concluded in Ottawa, Canada last week. The commercial interests between Canadian and Moroccan companies are growing deeper and stronger. The business climate is harmonious, and there are no trade irritants. It is hoped that greater opportunities for economic cooperation will develop when the Canada-Morocco Free Trade Agreement is concluded.
