New Top Management Appointments in OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding

MOSCOW - OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding, the leading casual-dining operator in Russia and the CIS (RTS, MICEX, ticker: ROST), announces key management appointments.

Sergey Beshev is appointed as President and CEO of Rosinter Restaurants Holding. Prior to joining Rosinter Restaurant Holding, Mr. Beshev headed the Moscow-region operations at MTS, a leading telecommunication company in Russia.

Rosinter Restaurants Holding’s Board of Directors has approved the appointment of current President and CEO Lori Daytner to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Both appointments are effective as of June 15th 2009.

Before joining Rosinter, Mr. Beshev had an extensive management experience in the telecommunication sector in Russia. He was the Moscow Region director of MTS from 2007 till March 2009, previously he held the position of Commercial Director of AKADO Telecommunications from 2005 to 2007, and from 2001 to 2005 he worked in MegaFon being Commercial Director in MegaFon-Moscow his final position. Mr. Beshev worked also as a business-development manager for Motorola’s office in Germany from 1997 to 2001. His career started as a consultant at Deloitte&Touche in 1996. Sergey Beshev graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute majoring in systems engineering. He took his MBA degree from Plekhanov Russian Economics Academy in1996.

Lori Daytner. June 2009 - Chief Operating Officer, OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding.

Ms. Lori Daytner has been 17 years with Rosinter Restaurant Holding and her last position has been as President and CEO from 2006 to 2009. Ms. Daytner first joined Rosinter as a Training Manager in 1992 and since then she worked at various positions: Assistant Operations Director (1993-1996), HR Director (1996-1998), New Business Development Director (1998), and General Manager for Europe (2001-2006). Lori Daytner completed her BA degree in PR from Slippery Rock University (USA).
