BANGALORE, India - Arvind Rao, the Chairman, CEO and Co-founder of OnMobile, was yesterday awarded the prestigious Dataquest ‘Pathbreaker of the Year 2009′ award. It was presented to him in recognition of his contribution to the telecom and information technology industries in creating the biggest telecom VAS company in India.
