Pall Mall Capital Appoints Rudolph Reinfrank as Senior Advisor

LONDON, January 25 - Pall Mall Capital Limited, a leading international corporate finance
advisory boutique, announced today that it has appointed Mr. R. Rudolph
Reinfrank, the Managing General Partner of Riverford Capital, LLC, as a
Senior Advisor to the firm.

private equity investment firm based in Beverly Hills. Prior to the formation
of Clarity Partners in 2001, Mr. Reinfrank was a founding partner of Rader
Reinfrank & Co., LLC, a Los Angeles based private equity investment firm
after prior experience as executive, investor, and advisor across a wide
range of industries for the Roy E. Disney and Marvin Davis families. Mr.
