Q-Park NV Announces new Supervisory Board Member

MAASTRICHT, Netherlands, June 10, 2011 -

We are delighted to confirm that the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders has appointed Mr Peter Kok to the Supervisory Board as Mr
Wernink's successor from 1 July 2011. Peter will also be joining the Audit
Committee.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere
gratitude to Mr Thom Wernink who has been a member of our Supervisory Board
since 2003. We very much appreciate his valuable contributions and commitment
of the past 8 years.

Peter Kok has held a number of senior management positions at
Delta Lloyd Group from 1999 onwards where his responsibilities included real
estate investments. For 9 years he was CFO at Delta Lloyd Group and retired
in 2010. During that period he also was responsible for Asset Management.
Prior to that he held various positions during a 12-year period at Shell
Pension Fund including that of Real Estate Manager Europe and Asset Manager
USA.

Peter studied Business Administration at Nyenrode (1973-1976)
and has a Master degree in Law from Utrecht University. Furthermore Peter is
member of the Supervisory Board at several other companies, including real
estate and investment funds. Peter Kok is 56 years of age, married and has 3
children.
