Rezidor Hotel Group’s Radisson Blu Arlandia Hotel has announced the launch of the meeting concept, Brain Food. Brain Food is a healthy choice of food that not only looks beautiful but also stimulates the mind and ensures a stable blood sugar throughout the day.
To launch the new Brain Food Meeting Concept the hotel Stockholm airport hosted a successful evening with a delicious dinner, entertainment and duty free shopping at the airport. Brain Food is a new type of diet which has been developed by dieticians and nutritionists from several countries. The aim of Brain Food is to ensure optimal conditions for maintaining a high energy level throughout the day. Radisson Blu Hotel’s chefs have been participating in workshops with industry experts and, following consultation with these experts, they have been given the creative freedom to convey their interpretation of Brain Food in their hotel and local region.

“Meeting delegates often have low blood sugar levels after lunch and some event leaders solve this by placing a bowl of sweets on the table. This creates a vicious circle of low and high blood sugar.
