UK's Largest Cloud CRM Vendor Wins Prestigious SME CRM & Customer Management Award

announces that its web based CRM has won the SME (Small and Medium
Enterprise) Simple CRM (www.reallysimplesystems.com/about.asp) &
Customer Management award at the Software Satisfaction Awards 2010. This
prestigious award marks a return to winning ways for Really Simple Systems
web based CRM (www.reallysimplesystems.com/default.asp), which also
won the award in 2008.

The Software Satisfaction Awards, run by Sift Media, are based
on the views of buyers and end-users and for 2010, the winners were decided
through a combination of a user survey and an industry expert judging panel.
Paul Greenberg, President of The 56 Group, author of CRM at the speed of
Light and lead judge for the CRM categories, comments, "Really Simple Systems
won the SSA awards for a really simple reason - they produce a very good hard
core traditional CRM product that their customers can actually use, actually

The SME CRM & Customer Management category was extremely
competitive this year with strong entries from a number of providers
including Filemaker, InTouch, Relate Software and Salesforce.com. But it was
Really Simple Systems who picked up the award for the second time in three
years.
