Row 44 Receives FCC Approval to Offer In-flight Broadband Over the North Atlantic

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, California, January 7, 2011 - Row 44, Inc., the world's leading provider of in-flight broadband
connectivity, announced today that it has received approval from the FCC to
operate its service aboard commercial aircraft over the Atlantic Ocean.

This FCC license, for the T11N North Atlantic Oceanic Coverage satellite,
makes Row 44 the only provider allowed to operate and charge for in-flight
broadband connectivity on transatlantic flights.

"This license creates complete seamlessness for Row 44's broadband across
the Atlantic," said Howard Lefkowitz, Row 44's chief commercial officer. "Row

Row 44 is authorized for operation in over 100 countries, on four
continents. The company's current network coverage includes service over the
