LONDON, February 10, 2011 - RSUPPORT, the innovative professional in remote support solutions, has
today announced the launch of new remote solution for smartphones and tablet
PCs, "RemoteCall + mobile pack", to be unveiled at Mobile World Congress
2011. The launch also marks its entrance into the global market.
Its remote solution for mobile devices provides smartphone and tablet
users with real-time support whilst working remotely. It lets users instantly
connect and support their clients from anywhere in the world. Equipped with
user-friendly and intuitive user interface (UI), it supports real-time screen
sharing, control, and drag-and-drop functionality on mobile devices. It also
supports real-time access to information on mobile devices such as firmware,
processes, applications, logs and network status (3G or Wi-Fi). Currently
available for Android, Windows Mobile, Windows phone 7, Symbian, and
Blackberry phones, it is equipped with extra features such as automatic
updates, file transfer, and text chat. Every support session can be also
captured and/or recorded to be used as video logs or training material soon.
"Using a remote support service will help reduce unnecessary on-site
visits, business trips and the overall cost of customer management, not to
mention saving companies time," said Mr. Hyungsu Seo, CEO of RSUPPORT. "It
will not only increase customer satisfaction and company competitiveness, but
also contributes to green initiatives."
Although remote support has previously mostly been offered to PC users,
RSUPPORT aims to challenge this concept by reaching out to smartphone and
tablet users, differentiating its services from those currently available.
With proven records based on partnerships with Samsung Electronics, LG
Electronics, NTT Docomo and SK Telecom, the company is already in discussion
with telcos and handset manufacturers in the European market to expand its
offering globally..
Mr. Hyungsu SEO, CEO of RSUPPORT continued, "Following on from the great
success RSUPPORT has achieved in Asia, we are now extremely excited to be
expanding into more regions including Europe. We understand the needs of
European customers and are very much looking forward to bringing our
expertise and services to the region. Our new service RemoteCall + mobile
pack is an ideal way to start this drive, by offering a faster, easier and
more flexible service than anything else available."
At Mobile World Congress, RSUPPORT will be offering visitors a chance to
experience live, real-time demonstrations which will showcase its offering,
including its new service.
According to the report from Frost&Sullivan and MIC research institute,
RSUPPORT with its offices in Japan, China and the United States as well as
Headquarters in Korea is the number one remote solution developer in Asian
market.
Throughout the Mobile World Congress RUSPPORT will be based in Hall 1,
stand 1G45.
