Company's first EMEA user conference to deliver a CIO Forum, ITSM training and community building to a rapidly growing European customer base

IT service management, today announced the inaugural Knowledge10 EMEA
conference to be held at Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel, London from Sept. 13 -

. The event, the first of its kind to be held in Europe, follows the
success of the Service-now.com's fourth annual Knowledge10 user conference in
San Diego earlier this year which sold out while attracting more than 500 IT

Knowledge10 EMEA conference keynotes will be led by Fred Luddy,
Service-now.com founder and CEO, Victor Jachens of Japan Tobacco
International, Peter Simmons of Centrica, and Reinoud Maartens of CERN.
