SIRVA Announces Acquisition of NewPort Real Estate Limited in Shanghai, China

CHICAGO, January 4, 2011 - SIRVA Inc., a leading global relocation and moving services provider,
announced its acquisition of NewPort Real Estate Limited, a Shanghai, China,
supplier of relocation and destination services.
