With only a few days to go to the Mine Automation and Communication Africa Summit, Johan Jansen, Executive: Technology (Platinum) from African Rainbow Minerals Ltd has been confirmed as the opening address speaker alongside another renowned mining personality, Mike MacFarlane, Vice President: Technical, of AngloGold Ashanti.
Jansen will open the summit on Monday 19th of September when he discusses a new age for automation in Africa. His opening address will give you current updates exploring the state of mining automation and highlight the benefits of automation in improving mining operational efficiencies.
