The Digital Movie Service Headweb Signs Distribution Licensing Agreement With Warner Bros.

STOCKHOLM - Headweb today kicks off a collaboration with film company Warner Bros., who’s movie library will now be available to users through the online, award-winning movie service Headweb.

- We are incredibly excited to work with Warner Bros., as this is confirmation that Headweb is about to become the leading movie service on the Internet. This helps us also to create a modern movie service that meets the current and future consumption of cinema, “says Peter Alvarsson, founder of Headweb.

The films are available today on the website and the users can easily watch Headweb’s movies using so-called On-demand Streaming in a standard web browser or via a unique software that can be downloaded at www.headweb.com. Headweb users can easily watch trailers and free previews of the 1,500 movies currently featured in the film library.

Later in 2009 all titles, - including blockbuster movies like ‘Gran Torino’, ‘Benjamin Button Amazing Life’ and ‘Hangover’- , will also be available for download. New movies become available on the service, at the same time of the release of the movie on DVD and Blu-Ray.

During 2009 Headweb plans to launch the service in additional markets in Europe.
