SKIPTON, England, April 27, 2010 - The Skipton based company, Yellow Octopus Limited, founded by
Polish migrant Jack Ostrowski just 4 years ago has received the prestigious
'Queen's Awards for Enterprise 2010 for International Trade' in recognition
of its rapidly increasing export trade.

Yellow Octopus Limited has been trading since 2006. It sells outlet
clothing and footwear and high quality second-hand clothing to over 100
wholesalers and retailers in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and the
Middle East. In its first full 3 years of trading its export earnings from 16
countries have increased by nearly 400%.

The Company was founded by Jack Ostrowski, who came to the UK as a Polish
migrant just four and a half years ago, and has since established a
multimillion pound global business. After graduating with his MSc in
International Enterprise from Leeds Metropolitan University, Ostrowski has
now set his sights on Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management
Programme, which he starts in May.

Jack comments "It has been a great honour to be recognised by Her Majesty
the Queen and a huge motivator to keep up the hard work. I have massive
respect for the British entrepreneurial culture and hugely admire people like
Richard Branson and Phillip Green. I strongly believe the United Kingdom is
the best place in Europe to grow successful business contrary to the popular
negative belief and publicity."
