Thunderhead Expands in Europe With the Appointment of Merten Slominsky as Senior VP EMEA

Thunderhead Establishes Office in Dusseldorf
LONDON, October 14, 2010 - Thunderhead, the company that builds loyalty and profitability by
optimising customer engagement, today announced the foundation of Thunderhead
GmbH and the appointment of Merten Slominsky as Senior Vice President EMEA to
drive growth and expansion in continental Europe. Merten Slominsky has over
20 years' senior management and sales experience with global leaders in the
IT industry and will be driving the expansion from Thunderhead's new offices
in Dusseldorf.

Before joining Thunderhead, Merten Slominsky was responsible for the
Enterprise Content Management Division across Northeast Europe for IBM
Software Group. He joined IBM in 2007 when it acquired FileNet, where he was
Vice President and Managing Director for Central Europe. Prior to this,
Slominsky's responsibilities included Vice President for JetForm Corporation,
Vice President for Platform Computing and Director of Sales for Symantec
Corporation.
