Further to the PLUS Rules for Issuers and the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Directors of Titania Internet Ventures Plc make the following announcement:

The Company received notification on 19 October 2011, that following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company on 18 October 2011, SVS Securities Plc no longer holds a declarable interest in the issued share capital.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
