Todd Kole Appointed to Almac's Clinical Technologies Executive Team

CRAIGAVON, Northern Ireland, May 6, 2011 - Almac's Clinical Technologies business unit announced today that Todd
Kole has joined the Company as Vice President of Clinical Project Services
(CPS) and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. As Vice President of
CPS, Todd will report directly to the President of Almac Clinical
Technologies and will oversee clinical project management and drug supply
services globally.
Mr. Kole has extensive experience in the biopharmaceuticals industry,
with specialized expertise in clinical technologies and clinical supplies
management. He has served in a variety of capacities involving the provision
of Interactive Voice and Web Response Systems (IVR/IWR) technologies,
clinical and technology personnel management, as well as global project and
client account management.
Mr. Kole joins Almac after spending 12 years at Clinphone and Perceptive
Informatics. At Clinphone, Mr. Kole served as Director of US Operations
before being promoted to Vice President of Global Client Services. In
operations roles at Clinphone he was responsible for approximately 175 staff,
ensuring operational accountability in managing the quality and timeliness of
IVRS design, build, delivery and support. As VP of Client Services at
Clinphone, he held global oversight responsibilities for the Project
Management and Client Account Management divisions. During his tenure as Vice
President of IVR Operations at Perceptive Informatics, Mr. Kole held P&L
responsibilities and was a member of the Perceptive Executive Management
Team. In that role, he was integral in working with clients and operations
personnel during the acquisition of Clinphone by Perceptive Informatics.
