Tommy Bahama Names Director of International

SEATTLE, September 27, 2010 - Terry Pillow, CEO of the Tommy Bahama Group, has announced the
appointment of Martin Coles to Managing Director of International. This
strategic appointment validates the global interest in Tommy Bahama as one of
the most desirable lifestyle brands in the market today. Mr. Coles'
appointment is effective immediately.

never been a better time to extend our brand internationally," says Mr.
Pillow. "Martin and I had an opportunity to work together at Reebok and I

understanding of the international market place."

In this newly created position, Mr. Coles will be responsible for
managing all existing international business as well as expansion into new
markets. Tommy Bahama currently has licensed retail stores and distribution
in Canada, Australia and Dubai and is well positioned for further
international growth.

Mr. Coles brings over 30 years of international business experience with
multinational corporations that are all recognized as leaders in their
industries. Most recently, Mr. Coles served as President of Starbucks
International which during his tenure grew its international presence to
nearly 5,400 stores in 51 countries. He also served as President and CEO of
Reebok, and held various executive level positions within Nike's Global and
European operations. Mr. Coles' consistent track record of significant
business experience and successful international brand building will help to
ensure Tommy Bahama's global expansion.
