Tube City IMS Promotes William R. Miller to Executive Vice President

PITTSBURGH, January 5 - Tube City IMS, LLC, a leading provider of products and services to steel
mills and foundries globally, today announced that it has promoted William R.
Miller to the newly created position of Executive Vice President - Operations
for its Mill Services Group.

Prior to his promotion, Mr. Miller had been Senior Vice President and
General Manager of International Operations for the Mill Services Group with
the direct responsibility to direct and oversee the start-up of the Company's
various recently implemented international operations. His expanded role will
be to develop and grow the worldwide operations for the Mill Services Group
of Tube City IMS.

Mr. Miller joined the Company in 1979 as an Operations Supervisor and has
held various positions of increasing responsibility in the Operations and
Marketing departments at the Company's operations in Ohio, Chicago,
Pittsburgh and Horsham, PA. He has a bachelor's degree from Rutgers
University and an MBA from Duquesne University. He is based at the Company's
Horsham office.
