UPC Selects Motorola EuroDOCSIS 3.0 Solutions to Deliver Ultra-Broadband Services Across Europe

- UPC chooses Motorola SURFboard(R) SBV6120E Digital Voice Modems for ultra-broadband and IP-telephony services
Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) today announced that UPC has selected Motorola’s SBV6120E SURFboard EuroDOCSIS 3.0 Digital Voice Modems to deliver high-speed data and IP voice and services to customers in The Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Switzerland.
The SBV6120E EuroDOCSIS 3.0 voice and data solution enables UPC to offer its customers their flagship Fiber Power high-speed data service with speeds of up to 120 Mbps already in some markets.
