The primary goal of WISeKey in Latin America will be partnering up with
local companies and governments in the establishment of transactional hubs.
They'll provide the required platform for the industrial development of
technologies, local R&D and applications for firms, the public sector and
individuals.

Carlos Moreira, founder, Chairman and Global CEO of WISeKey, leads the
global expansion of the company through tech intensive multi-solutions for
different business, social and cultural environments. Out of the Swiss Hub
where it originated a decade ago, ongoing operations signal an increasing
presence in US and European markets, the Middle East and Asia, turning
WISeKey into one of the fastest growing cloud computing and E-security
companies in the world.

"Brazil occupies a prominent position in our radar screen and Marcos
Troyjo is sure to make it grow exponentially. He will be able to offer great
WISeKey solutions to enhance Brazil's digital competitiveness and social
inclusion", Moreira stated.

Troyjo's appointment comes at a time when WISeKey is intensifying its
presence in the so-called 'BRIC' countries (Brazil, Russia, India and China).
The company recently undertook a successful pre-IPO round to strengthen its
BRIC focus, which already includes a joint-venture with I-Teco in Russia and
a partnership with China's WI-Harper, a leading venture capital firm. WISeKey
Brasil has been established in association with Brasilinvest, Brazil's
foremost merchant bank.

Mario Garnero, chairman of Brasilinvest, said: "I am delighted Marcos is
the new CEO of WISeKey Brasil. With his innovative capacity, he will make a
significant contribution to this state-of-the-art business".

In recent years, Troyjo held leading positions in Brazil's media outlets.
He holds a PhD in Sociology of International Relations from the University of
São Paulo and concluded additional graduate studies at the Kennedy School,
Harvard University. He was a Visiting Academic at Columbia University and is
a Research Scholar at the Centre d'Étude sur l'Actuel et le Quotidien,

United Nations Model Law on Electronic Signatures. Troyjo was also Chief of
Staff of the Department for Technological Cooperation of Brazil's Ministry
