Yardi Systems Supports OSCRE Delivery of Standards Based Technology

LONDON, July 14, 2011 -

Yardi Systems, one of the leading global developers of real
estate software for investment, asset and property management was
pleased to play a key role as OSCRE unveiled standards based
technologies that will enable substantial new efficiencies for
organisations involved in the UK property management
market.

For the last 6 months Yardi Systems has been an active
participant in a collaborative working group, managed by OSCRE,
with a focus on interoperability and an aim to demonstrate how
standards based technology can improve the way real estate is
managed.

More than eighty Investment Management, Property Management,
Legal and Software companies attended a live demonstration of new
technology at OSCRE’s July 5^th launch event held at
Eversheds in London. The demonstration proved how standards
compliant technology can enable quick, easy, accurate creation and
rapid communication of lease summary documents; business critical
information that lies at the heart of property asset
management.

Yardi Systems has been a long term supporter of real estate
standards and has been involved with OSCRE and its predecessor
Pisces since its UK inception more than 12 years ago. During
this time, the company has offered a range of fully compliant
solutions as standards have developed.  John Bennett, European
Vice President for Yardi Systems joined the OSCRE board
in January 2011.
