Europe's Leadership Conference for Business Top Executives, Global and European Diversity Thought Leaders

VIENNA, Austria, March 14, 2011 - The World Diversity Leadership Summit Europe is taking place for the
2nd time on March 24th and 25th 2011 in Vienna, Austria. The Summit will be
taking place at the Gewerbehaus, Rudolf Sallinger-Platz 1 (A-1030), of the
Vienna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is the proud host of the
conference. The patron of this year's conference is the Austrian Federal
Minister of European and International Affaires Mr. Michael Spindelegger.

WDLS-EU brings together high-profile international and national Diversity
and Inclusion experts, CEOs of the world's leading corporations, policy and
decision makers, corporate practitioners, academics, representatives of the
media, etc. who will share their insights, strategies, best practices and
worst practices and research findings on how today's businesses and
marketplaces can profit the most from Diversity and Inclusion and stay
competitive on a global level.

Leadership Honours, a European Prize which will honour 8 companies in 4

Innovative Research Findings and Work-Life-Flexibility. Two companies have
been chosen in each of the four categories for their outstanding performance
in promoting diversity and inclusion. The nominated companies are:
