Adecco's E-Match Portal Powered by ELISE Successfully Launched

UTRECHT, The Netherlands, October 15, 2010 - WCC Smart Search & Match, the leading provider of high-performance search
and match software, today announced the deployment of its market leading
ELISE software in Adecco's E-Match portal. The recently launched portal
consolidates and modernizes the internal systems used by Adecco consultants
in helping fill job vacancies.

Adecco Nederland, after acquiring recruiting company DNC, needed to
provide a modern tool to their consultants that would help them find the best
matching position for a job seeker across multiple databases. Using the power
and flexibility of WCC's ELISE software, the web-based E-Match portal enables
fast searches in both the DNC and Adecco databases, as well as directly in
text of candidate's CVs - all consolidated within ELISE.

The new system includes Search Agents to automate the process by alerting
Adecco consultants to matches in real time as new candidates are registered.
It also includes SMS notifications so consultants can be notified of matches
directly via text messages. In addition, the new system uses ELISE analytics
to facilitate continual system improvements.
