Aircelle Reaches Agreement With Airbus for Tailored Nacelle Services on Singapore Airlines' A340-500 Fleet

LE HAVRE, France, November 2, 2010 - Aircelle is to provide comprehensive maintenance services for
engine nacelle components on Singapore Airlines' A340-500 jetliners under
terms of a new umbrella contract reached by the international carrier with
Airbus for its "'Flight Hour Services - Tailored Support Package."

As a result of this six-year agreement, Aircelle joins a
supplier team that will furnish cost-effective, adapted services for
Singapore Airlines' five A340-500s - which are operated in an all-business
class configuration on long-haul flights.

"We have been supporting Singapore Airlines' A340 fleet since
2004 to the customer's complete satisfaction, and we look forward to
continuing the relationship through this new Airbus services contract for the
