NEW YORK, December 3 - Bloomberg has been named "Best Market Data Provider for FX" by FX Week's
2009 Annual Best Bank Awards, based on survey data from 7,000 Foreign
Exchange (FX) market professionals at banks, corporate treasurers and
investors.

"We are extremely pleased to have earned this recognition from FX Week
and the FX community for the innovations we launched during 2009," said
Philip Brittan, Global FX Business Manager of Bloomberg. "We work closely
with our customers to identify and develop best-in-class FX tools, functions
and technologies on the all-inclusive BLOOMBERG PROFESSIONAL(R) service. With
Bloomberg's program of continual product improvement, we continue to deliver

During 2009, Bloomberg has launched a number of new FX enhancements.
Among these innovations is FX Dashboard, a unique tool that provides highly
detailed and customized views of the market. It allows users to select, build
and monitor custom views of the FX markets using real-time prices, technical
indicators, price action analysis, high/low analysis, implied and realized
volatility matrices, standard deviation cones and a host of other analytics.
Users can select from a range of predefined views or build their own from
Bloomberg's robust FX market data offering that includes spots, forwards,
NDFs, implied and realized volatilities, risk reversals, butterflies, deposit
