LONDON, March 3, 2010 - Lucian Tarnowski, founder and CEO of BraveNewTalent
(www.bravenewtalent.com), a website that connects people to employers
via a social network, has been named among the Young Global Leaders for 2010
by the World Economic Forum. At the age of 26, he is the youngest YGL in
Europe.

The honour, bestowed each year by the Forum, recognizes and acknowledges
up to 200 outstanding young leaders from around the world for their
professional accomplishments, commitment to society and potential to
contribute to shaping the future of the world.

For 2010, the Forum has selected 197 Young Global Leaders
(www.weforum.org/docs/YGL/YGL2010_Honourees.pdf) from 72 countries and
all stakeholders of society. This year's European YGLs include Roger Federer,
professional tennis player; and Stella McCartney, fashion designer.

As founder of BraveNewTalent.com, Lucian Tarnowski
(www.luciantarnowski.com) has dedicated his entrepreneurial energy to
building connections between young people and potential employers. His
website aims to bring employers and potential candidates closer together
using the power of social media. Lucian, who was named Global Enterprising
Young Brit in 2009, spends much of his time promoting entrepreneurship among
young people. He also runs a youth-run charity called (
www.takeheartindia.org) that aims to provide IT education to blind and
disabled students.

Commenting on his award, Lucian said: "Becoming a YGL has been a dream of
mine since the first time I heard about it. I have always joked saying that I
had 14 more years to prove myself for it! Never did I expect to receive this
wonderful honour at the age of 26. I will work hard to represent the
interests and future of other young people at the Forum."

The 2010 honourees will become part of the broader Forum of Young Global
Leaders community that currently comprises 660 outstanding individuals. The
YGLs convene at an annual summit as well as at Forum events and meetings
throughout the year.
