LONDON, February 16, 2010 - CareerBuilder, the global leader in human capital solutions, announced
today that it saw an eight per cent increase in CareerBuilder Network
European traffic in 2009 over 2008, according to comScore Media Metrix. The
record increased traffic is not only reinforcing CareerBuilder's presence in
Europe, but also translating into more applicants to its clients posted
positions. In 2009, CareerBuilder Network Europe saw a 61 per cent increase
in EOI (expressions of interest).

"This is a defining moment in our quest to be the number one online
recruitment option in the EU," said Farhan Yasin, President of CareerBuilder
Europe and the Middle East. "Our unique business model, competitive offerings
and focused sales efforts have significantly increased the CareerBuilder user
base as well as amplified our value to clients across our European markets."

A portion of the traffic increase is attributed to CareerBuilder's
partnership with MSN. Under the international traffic agreement, MSN has
committed to integrating CareerBuilder services across key European MSN
sites.

combination of organic development, partnerships and acquisitions as market
conditions warranted. Today, CareerBuilder has sites across Europe in the
