Century Casinos Received Final Payment for the Sale of its South African Subsidiary

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado -

Century Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital Market(R) and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) announced today that the company received the final outstanding payment of ZAR 98.8 million (approx. US$13.4 million) for the sale of its South African subsidiary Century Casinos Africa (Pty) Limited (”CCA”). This concludes the sales transaction of CCA as scheduled.
