Former Divisional Finance Director at Experian will help maximise value of new consumer rewards programme

Graham Charlton will be responsible for commercial decision support, financial control and reporting for the brand as well as helping to drive business performance and strategy. In addition, Graham will help to maximise the value of comparethemarket.com’s new customer loyalty programme, Simples Rewards, which launched in July.

Graham Charlton joins comparethemarket.com from Frontline, the BGL division responsible for the company’s in-house insurance brands Budget, ibuyeco and Dial Direct. While in Frontline, Graham enhanced the financial forecasting and reporting processes and played an integral role in commercial decision-making.

Prior to joining BGL Graham held senior financial positions at a variety of companies including Experian where he spent eight years working his way up to Finance Director for the Decision Analytics Division. Whilst in the role Graham contributed significantly to the development of sales and operational strategy across multiple territories, during a period of significant growth.
