Achieves ISO 9001 Certification for UK and Jersey Operations

ST HELIER, Jersey, November 22, 2010 - CPA Global, the world's top intellectual property (IP)
management specialist and leading provider of legal services outsourcing
(LSO), has been certified to ISO 9001, the internationally recognised
standard for quality management systems, at its UK and Jersey operations. It
is the first British IP services company to achieve such a distinction.

The certification provides assurance to CPA Global's clients
that the company's IP portfolio management businesses - both at its Jersey
headquarters and UK operations - comply with the highest international
standards in quality management. The certification follows a programme of
rigorous independent testing and auditing by the world-renowned British
Standards Institution (BSI), and covers the full range of CPA Global's
award-winning* IP services, including patent and trademark search, watching,
filing and renewals, portfolio optimisation, and IP legal services.

The achievement complements CPA Global's ISO 9001
certification for quality management systems in its main Indian delivery
centre in Noida, near Delhi, which was awarded in 2008. It marks another step
in CPA Global's journey to become the world's first IP and legal services
outsourcing provider to achieve ISO 9001 certification across its worldwide
operations. The company aims to have achieved full certification in
operations spanning eight countries within the next two years.
