All Services Offered in Europe Now Under the Same Roof
LÉVIS, Canada, April 7, 2010 - Creaform, leading global provider of 3D engineering services
and technology, is proud to announce the opening of a new calibration centre
in Grenoble, France. The company has brought all client support services
under one roof to serve their client in the European, Middle-Eastern, and
African zones.
"The calibration centre used to be located in Paris; it was
inaugurated in June of 2008," says André Couture, Vice-President for the EMEA
region and member of the Board of Governors for Creaform. "The technology
that we offer has evolved so much that the first centre had become obsolete
and inadequate to correctly serve our clients."
Two Technical Support Specialists work at the new centre, and
they will perform the maintenance and calibration of the equipment of clients
in the region, as well as offer direct user help via a Hot Line.
"With this new calibration centre including the most advanced
technology developed in our R&D labs, Creaform reaffirms an intention to
offer the best proximity service to the European market," indicates Gregory
Lepez, Director for the EMEA region. "This is a second Creaform international
centre for technical support and after-sales service, and we are very proud."
