Dmatek Changes its Name to Attenti

TEL AVIV, Israel, March 9, 2010 - Attenti ("The Company"), launches today as one of the largest
and fastest growing providers of remote people monitoring solutions globally.

Attenti, formerly known as Dmatek, provides the technology to
monitor over 50,000 individuals daily around the globe, in the judicial and
elderly care sectors, having grown at an average of more than 25% per year
since 2003.

"The name Dmatek reflected the company origins and history. It
has accompanied us through 20 years of successful trading and public listing,
during which it has become known for business and technology leadership,
integrity and quality. These principles have led us to where we are today, an

Reisman, CEO of Dmatek, now Attenti. "The name Attenti is derived from Latin
languages origins for "focus" and reflects one of our key values which were

The legal structure of the company and its subsidiaries will
not be affected by this name change.
